But 10 years, 30 pounds, and one pregnancy later, I realize I fixated on it because the rest of my body was pretty damn perfect. It was like the ONE thing, and I hated that I couldn't wear a bikini in public. I will add my 2 cents in (well more 2 cents LOL): when I was that thin I focused a lot on my "bad" stomach. And I think all women have to get to a pretty low body fat to see muscle definition in that area anyways. Just depends on your limits and what your particular body requires to achieve it. I'm certain it's possible, don't get me wrong. So to answer your question.you may never have what you consider a "good" stomach. I spent my teens and twenties in the 120s as well, but I didn't have a conventionally attractive stomach until I was around 115 lbs, which was achieved by not drinking, a vegan diet, daily cycling, and Pilates. I'm a spoon body shape with narrow hips, chest, and shoulders, and carry weight in my lower stomach. I'm similar stats to you, 5'5 currently 150.
